The premise is secure and I never had any issues. The people in the office were wonderful to work with, kind, helpful, responsive, and flexible! The units are accessible from several sides one of which has an elevator and they have large rolling dollies available to help you move your things in and out. Highly recommend renting here and would do it again any time I need a unit in the area!

Point is, whenever I needed something or had a question or wanted to make a change, they were always available to help. The staff, Dawn and Rob, are wonderful. They are always, courteous and professional. They are always willing to help in any way they can. The building is always spotless and the units are clean and in perfect condition. This is an excellent location on the island. They just opened a new indoor climate controlled two-story building that looks amazing! Outside units are well-maintained and the staff that runs the facility has been amazing for the last two years. Even during the construction access to our unit was never an issue. The gates are currently not closed due to the finishing of construction but anticipate they will be again shortly. When the gates are closed there 24 hour access is super easy. Our biggest concern about this location was flooding due to its close proximity to the ocean. We have weathered to hurricanes and not a drop of water has entered our outside unit. We are very pleased with the facility in management team. Prior to construction the back portion of the property had vehicle storage. I'm not sure if that will be offered once construction is completed.

We've had 2 storage units at Atlantic Self Storage on the corner of A1A and SR 213 for 3 months. After a long and stressful move from Kansas City to FL, we were not looking forward to the whole process of having to find storage space. Janet and Steve have been absolutely fantastic! They are so kind, understanding, helpful, and friendly...both as we checked in and as we were checking out. We have had nothing but excellent customer service from them. They even contacted us while we were in Belize to tell us that the lock on one of the units was locked, but not through the loop of the door, which allowed the door to be opened without a key. We were able to make arrangements for a friend to go in and fix it, and of course all of our belongings were unharmed. We highly recommend them and would use them again, if we ever have the need. Thanks, Janet and Steve, for keeping great customer service alive and well! Ann & Ted
